A friend claims jsa and is due to sign on next tuesday, her uncle died yesterday and she has had a call today to say the funeral is next wednesday
Her sister paid for flights leaving monday, but she is concerned what is going to happen to her claim.
Can she sign on the monday afterwards (she returns on friday evening) she will be informing the dwp but is really concerned as she cant afford to lose money
Thanks in advance for all comments

Will she be going outside of the UK? If so, strictly speaking she would need to sign off and then do a rapid reclaim when she returns. However, they may make an exception on compassionate grounds.Gone ... or have I?0
