Drink at least 3 pints a day, and then more at the weekends.

It worked a treat for me and I have a lovely fat stomach.

Keep on Running! You need to get very low level of body fat.
  • Stomach exercises maybe?

    Avoid carbohydrates!
thats the only way Ive ever been able to get flat belly.

I also read this in OHs copy of mens health, they also have lots of excercises.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Cut out all yeast products - works for women - don't know for men.

And when you look at what yeast is in........ narrows it down a whole lot! I had to do a yeast and sugar free diet for 3 months plus. Was really hard! Not hard in what I could eat, but hard in working out what was sugar and yeast free! Once I had that sorted - it was easy!
