So how many of you have sacrificed your blonde locks for darker hair?
Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
The plus side, it has saved me money and my hair still looks half decent, the neg side....i kinda miss being blonde.
I'd feel better knowing i'm not alone

I have! Mine's an auburn colour now and I really like it, and I trust myself to colour it at home now, rather than go to a hairdresser Saves me a fortune!0

Well, i was chatting about this before. I originally had it done at the hairdressers this was about 2 months ago and i was thinking now i am a light brown that i would find it easier to do myself, but i'm just too scared haha!
Any tips?0 -
Sorry but I am a natural blonde - surprisngly rare. I bet you look much better with your natural locks
i have coloured it (red mostly) and had to keep it up - you think brown roots look bad should see blonde ones!!!! Nasty0 -

Its really easy to colour your hair yourself. If you have long hair make sure you buy two boxes though. Start with your roots and work your way to the ends, wear old clothes and put some Vaseline round your hairline and on your ears to stop any staining. Go for it!0

I used to dye my hair myself all the time pre-child... Can't be bothered now... And I'm getting more and more of those thin silver strands... Might have to bite the bullet soon...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Always done my own, but I tend to have mine bright colours which being semi permanent need doing every week. Although I've pretty much had every colour going. Using boxed dye is so easy, as everything is provided, if your just doing the same colour it's fine. I've only ever had a prob when I was a bleached blonde and my husband bought ash blonde instead of bleach and I put it on my roots! It went grey and was awful!!!!! I get bored too easily though and have to keep experimenting.0

it takes a bit of getting used to. Luckily mine never turned green when colouring it at home.0

Went from a fake blonde back to Brown at Christmas and so far haven't coloured it again.
My hairdresser has gone mobile so she cuts my hair for a tenner - colour wouldn't be too much more. Will have it done in May.
Saves me £45 every 6 weeks now!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

ive always dyed mine at home and had really long blonde flowing locks till 3 weeks ago and got fed up got the kitchen scissors and gave myself a pixie hair cut lol with pink and black bit in it lol (i do have mad moments and do things like that) i also got 3 different wigs off ebay long and short ones so i can have 4 different looks a week lol the mums at the nursery think im crazy but its all good fun and it saves a fortune as the last time i went to the hairdressers for a colour and cut i was 70 quid lighter in the pocket!!!0
