Income Support, payment is less....why?

My Income Support is usually 109.00, but yesterday's payment was 106.45. Nothing has changed in my circumstances, but CA has gone up (I had a letter telling me that was going to happen) and it seems Child Tax has gone up too.
Could this be why my IS is less?
I'm confused because I thought all benefits were going up

Did you receive this payment earlier than normal due to the Easter Holidays?

I know some have said their payments are slightly lower than normal, by a few pound, you could contact them on Tuesday, and maybe there is an explanation for this, good luck.;)

Income support rates went up this week and will be paid next week as its paid in arrearers,perhaps another benefit affected this single weeks payment?

The IS came on it's usual day (Thursday), the CT and CA both arrived on Thursday too, as they usually come on Friday and Monday.
I will try and contact them on Tuesday.
I have often had a letter of explanation for changes to benefits a few days AFTER they have occurred!
