Anyone received child tax credit renew pack

If someone at the helpline says to wait until you get your renewal pack before they will update your current year income estimate for you they are being lazy and not doing their job properly, you should ask to speak to someone else and/or complain.

People started to receive their renewal packs from this morning.

I completed a few on the phone today.

I got my pack yesterday morning, So presume they are on the way to everyone.

yes ive just had my this morning i rang up and renewed it over the phone .

Rang this morning re change of income for 09/10 and they were able to update records without having received pack.

I am waiting for husbands p60 (I have his final salary on last pay slip but there was some problem with pension figures for the last month of last financial year, so want to double check the p60 is the same is this figure) and will phone them then. If I wait until the paperwork arrives then it will be next year as our paperwork always seems to go via the other side of the world!

good news for me. Just checked my online banking I have had an additional amount of monies from wftc. Not expected but also not complaining. ( they do owe us a large amount due to hubbys yearly figures ) Not sure what this is made up of but hopefully by next thursday payment it will all work out correctly.

So looks like they are yet again pretty fast this year. Only rang through the details on monday 6th April.

I can now pay my gas bill, thankgod.

I too phoned my figures in on 6th april and have had small payment put in bank today. Awaiting the paperwork to tell me what my payments will be should be arriving any day now.
