Anyone received child tax credit renew pack

They will be sent out in stages from now until 20th June. It is still very early for anyone to have received their packs.

Some are going through the mail system atm, but they will all come at different times.

I received mine last year on 16th april because I kept a record of dates and times that I actually rang through with the figures. fingers crossed there the same this year.

I am waiting for mine so I can then give final figures for last year and then adjust this years income .....which is about half of last years so I should be entitled to more TC.

I'm in the same position. I'm due extra as well but not has much as I hoped based on the estimate I gave them and the potential payment However, I'm grateful for every extra penny at the moment. Hope my pack arrives soon!

You can adjust your current year income right now if you want to, you don't need to wait for your renewal pack

When I rang mine through the lady from wftc didn't want this years figures. She said to hang fire until I actually get the pack through the post

I spoke to them yesterday about a different matter but was told they had not sent any out yet.

I changed my income figures for this year as our income has gone down a fair bit,the computer had updated it the next day and the woman told me what my new payments would be starting from the 20th april.It seems to depend who you talk to.
