75% Mortgage Pay Rest Later ?

I asked another money guide website if there was any providers that could let me buy 75% of a house with 25% to pay at a later date with a 1/4 cut of any sell on to the lender ? They advised there "could be"
I am basically just a little short and whilst I have family who could assist via equity mortgage I am not touching that option with a bargepole !
Can anyone recommend a provider who might be interested in such a deal ? The house in question is a very good investment. I have checked all figures over the past few years and compared the area and market prices.
