Ipoints are being sneaky :(

I decided a few months ago to redeem my Ipoints for a £10 Sainsburys voucher, so needed to reach 2060 points. When I had 2060 points, I went to redeem but they'd put the number of points up to 2600 points. I thought maybe I read it incorrectly the first time, so kept saving...
This morning, I checked my account - woo hoo, I've got 2,700, time for another voucher!
I went to redeem and guess what - now I need 3,000 points!
Couldn't find an email address or phone number so have decided to rant in public and let everyone else know how unfair Ipoints are being. Grrrr!
(On the plus side, 3 cheers for Toluna - got my £10 Sainsburys voucher yesterday after requesting it on 30 January!:j)

Must mean my Toluna Sainsbury voucher is about 3 weeks away then!
Thats a pain about Ipoints, I havent got enough to cash in yet, but if they keep moving the goal posts am I ever going to have enough?
I hope you can find some contact details to have a rant at them. Ive had a quick look, but no joy Im afraid.

Try this email address, I put a query on and this chap answered my email. Not sure if he's the right person or not though!

ipoints have really peeved me!!!! ive been saving up my points for asda vouchers to put towards the booze for my wedding, and they have put the redemption value up!!!!!! not even just by a little bit, but by 500 odd points!!!!!!! so instead of being very close to having enough points for £40 of vouchers, i barely have enough for £30 now       :mad:0

I also found a query submission page on the Ipoints website so did a query too.

How frustrating!! I had 2,800 points which was enough for a sainsburys/asda voucher at the weekend but as I'm waiting for another 15,000 points I thought I'd wait until I got those before redeeming it. Wish I hadn't waited now!!! Will also email them.2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -
This is the rather limp reply I received.....
Thank you for your email.
We confirm that previously we had an offer for the vouchers. As the offer
has been ended, the points to redeem them were also increased. Please
don't hesitate to contact us for further queries.
Kind regards

I'm surprised that the amount of points went up two times, if that was the case, rather than just once, after the so-called "offer" ended!0 -
Not good, on the plus side though i'd forgotten all about ipoints so just checked and i've got 3400 points :j Think i'll wait and see if the number of points needed goes down, thanks!0

just sent this;-
In response to your reply to my query, please could you advise regarding the Asda vouchers, which are now costing more points too?
If this is all in relation to various offers, could you advise if there are regular offers available?
Thank you0
