Having read above I would like to transfer balance. I have 3 cards 2 of which are offering promotional rates. 1. 4.9 pa til december 2009 (2.9 charge) 2. 0.9 til october 2009 (2.98 charge) doesn't advise pa or apr

    The cheaper option is to have one credit cards then you will not have to play the shuffling game. Only spend what you have, don't live off borrowed time.
