I loathe La Redoute; the quality of the clothing is very poor (branded goods are in house made and not comparable e.g. Soft Grey leggings with no lycra????) and the CS poor also. They use a naff delivery network of poorly paid people, one of whom shouted at me, on my own doorstep, about not being in when he came to collect a return and how repeat returns to my house (he never left a note to say when he'd be back) cost him LOADS OF MONEY!!!

Avoid, bunch of clowns since they didn't really give a jot about the above issues.
