Want to move to Asda mobile, to get PAYG O2 pac code need 2 from 3.
1. Current balance (got)
2. Password when account set up - haven't a clue, had same number with O2 for 12 years.
3. Credit card used to buy last top-up. Paid cash for top-up vopucher in carphonewarehouse.
How do I pass the security check to get my number ported ?

How about this: Go to the O2 website, click "Sign In" and then click on "forgotten username, password or both". Follow the process and you should be able to set a new password.0
