How can I get cheap fitness first membership in East London

I want to join FF this week. Is there a particular day that I should join? How can I haggle with them to get a lower price? Would ideally like to get membership for £30 or under and also not pay the joining fee. Please help.

I know this is in the wrong forum but this one tends to get a lot more people than the health section

we joined with no joining fee and got a 5 month deal and paid upfront worked out at 22 a month

essex and a couple months back now but they have offered it again to us when we renew, this was not advertised we had to twist their arm to give it to us as we didnt want to pay the joinging fee and 30 a month

3rd week of the month- when the management are trying to reach their targets and not quite making it...I would advise speaking to a member of staff on the phone and making it clear your looking around, not quite sure and that have your hang-ups, price being no.1 issue.
