Housing benefit & moving ?

My daughter is currently on ESA benefit ( long term) and also claims housing benefit , she is in a flat share but due to illness & money worries she has decided that she has to move & live back with us ( parents) but we will have to obviously charge her some rent as our bills etc will go up dramatically if she is at home all day etc.
I am presuming that she will still get her esa wherever she lives ? but is there any way that she can claim some housing costs too ( obviously not council tax benefit)
Will she have to make a fresh claim from scratch ? or just transfer address ? and if so i seem to think that on the claim form it asks if the person you are renting a room off is related ?
Hope some of you more experienced in this can guide us first timers please....

sorry but she cannot claim hb for renting form her parents.

she can still claim ESA though, she should just tell them about her change of address
I work in Housing Benefits however my comments are my own understanding of the law / procedures and you should also check with your local authority.
