*Terms and Conditions The prize is valid for a family of four people sharing an overnight stay in a standard room in either the Alton Towers Hotel or Splash Landings Hotel, and is subject to availability. The prize includes two day entry to the Theme Park and Waterpark, dinner and breakfast. There is no cash alternative. The prize is valid until 16th October 2009. Date of stay is subject to availability. The prize draw is only open to people aged 18 or over in the UK. The draw is not open to employees of Merlin Entertainments Group, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the prize draw. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random on 1st May 2009 and will be notified by email. The Prize Draw will be supervised by an independent person. Only one entry per Pass holder permitted, as defined by pass number. Only complete registrations will be entered into the prize draw. Closing date for entry is 30th April 2009. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of the winner not being able to accept the prize they can (when agreed by Merlin) nominate a family member to accept on their behalf. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at Merlin’s discretion The winner should be prepared for their name to appear on the website. No purchase necessary. Merlin Entertainments Group reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. There is no cash alternative to this prize. The prize is subject to availability and change.
