can anyone give me advice please?
on the form i have been asked the following question
1-why you believe the recommendation made was not suitable for you at the time ?
what do you think would be the best way of answering this?
they also ask for annual earnings and outgoings at the time.
as it was so long ago would it be better to underestimate earnings and overestimate outgoings to be on the safe side?
thankyou

As it was so long ago you won't be expected to remember exact figures. Give the information as best as you can recall. I don't think these figures are crucial to the compensation calculations anyway.1-why you believe the recommendation made was not suitable for you at the time ?
