Anyone Work For 3 (Mobile)?

I was just wondering what happens if your application on the website is successful? For the role of a sales advisor in one of their stores? Whats the interview process?

I used to work for them, but my interview was when they were rolling out the first standalone stores in the country.

I had the web application which was successful
Then I had an interview with the Business Area Manager in a local jobcentre
    Passed that
Then another interview with the same guy
    Passed that
    Got the job

Then I had five days residential training in Maidenhead basically learning to do my job. The interview is basically sales, showing you can sell and give good customer service. Theres a lot of competency based questions in the interview and also stuff where they say, pick up a pen, and ask you to sell it to them, or your favourite item of clothing.

    Hi,

They'll probably phone you for a quick phone interview and then if you pass that it'll be a face to face interview with the management team of the store you've applied for.

Good luck, they aren't by all accounts a bad bunch to work for in the mobile industry, quite a few perks too or there used to be anyway.
