LOVEFILM 'free' Filmextra credit!

I recently used one of my filmextra credits,but when I logged in to my account I noticed that I had 0 credits remaining for this month when I should have one.I emailed customer service as I thought they had made a mistake.
This is part of the email I received back:
Please be advised that once the extra DVD is dispatched, we should receive the DVD within 5 days or else it will be counted as one of your monthly rentals.
I have read and reread the terms and conditions and cannot see this anywhere.It just says you can keep it as long as you like just like your other rentals.Has anybody else had this problem or know where it says this on their site?
They gave me a credit 'as a gesture of goodwill' but I am annoyed that it doesn't say this on the site and if they want it back within 5 days the credits aren't much good to me as I only have time to watch them at weekends. :mad:
