Basically sent a redemption voucher to Mobileshop in relation to an o2 contract. However I had sent the wrong voucher (sent them the one for month 12, not month 5).

Mobileshop sent the voucher back, saying I had sent the wrong one, along with my bill and a pre-paid envolope to send the right voucher back.

Totally my fault, but great service from Mobileshop!
