Yep, in a strange way I'm looking forward to the BR route just to stuff the b*st*rds! At least they can't lock you up any longer! Our cleaner at work is going Cheltenham, he likes a flutter on the horses.

just wanted to say get looking now for somewhere to rent - we have 3 dogs and 3 cats and just looked at all the private rental ads on gumtree (be flexible about area etc as much as possible) and emailed them all explaining were prof. married couple, had 3 dogs (that they do flyball and we are away most weekends, that they sleep in crates - big plus with landlords, if you could crate train them?) - anyhow within two days we had 3 landlords that would be willing to accept us! Also how about a 'wanted - pet friendly house' on gumtree?
    good luck

Actually I was going to use the local gumtree. Never crated them but they do sleep on the bed with me and are usually quiet except when they hear me come home or someone comes to door. Started to look at the rents for a bungalow in the area are not too bad. Its cheaper then my current mortgage! Did you say you were BR or going BR?

But don't forget you won't then be able to put rent on your SoA, so will end up with a huge IPA.

One way or another they're going to get that money.

OK perhaps 50 % up front and the rest PCM. I can spend the rest on household goods. Must be some way around this!
