Maybe he doesn't use it, he has a Ulster credit card, so he probably uses that before he would use Vanquis.

Proliant or Cif would be able to answer that question more precisely.
Both Proliant and Cif had to appeal as they both got declined. They both got there cards with a £500 limit after appealing. HTH0 -
