Taking out cash after being told court date?

Hi all.
I've filled out my BR forms and have been given my court date (Friday the 13th!)
I have drawn out cash that was available on a credit card to pay the court fees, and I have also drawn out cash from my current account. I have taken out £300 over my overdraft limit to cover cost of living while I get a new bank account set up etc.
Is this within the rules or will I get into trouble with the OR for doing it?
Thanks
