My son left his horrible cleaning job 6 weeks ago approx. They havent sent his p45 or his holiday pay or his last wage. What options has he got to make them do it ?

Write to them giving them 5 working days to produce the pay and P45, or you will take legal action. If the money does not appear, make a claim via the ET. Usually the initial claim form is enough to move them.

HMRC are unlikely to be interested - sorry to say they get so many complaints like this. Failure to issue a payslip is actionable by and ET.
