Hi All,
Before I start - just to let you know that i'm not very technical so sorry if I don't give enough info.
The problem I have is: as soon as I power up my computer it goes to the page with start windows normally, safe mode, safe mode with networking etc.
As soon as I choose any of options it just restarts and ends back on the same page. Nothing I seem to do allows me to get into windows!! I'm using Vista basic edition. Can anyone please advise me on what I can do?
I have tried reloading Vista but the same thing keeps happening.
Thanks in advance

It wont even allow me to that. I put the disk in, allow it to run then it just comes up with a blue screen and an error message, something along the lines of: restart if you see this message for the first time or something about a BIOS error0
