This one also has "tissue" as an option though

All the previous comps have had EITHER tissue OR crook of elbow as the answer

EDITED TO ADD: okay, ignore me. But to clear up any confusion:
They suggest making hankies and tissues obsolete, with news that coughing and sneezing into the crook of the elbow, rather than into a tissue or hanky, may be one of the best strategies to help avoid spreading the cold and flu viruses.

I know the answer is crook of your elbow as referred to by the text but I can't see how sneezing into your elbow is better for you than sneezing into a tissue then binning the tissue and disposing of the germs? Gonna stick to the tissues me thinks lol. errrggh
