debt free helpline

hi,
I am in the process of setting up an agreement with debt free helpline to help pay my debts of £32,000 to various creditors, but my only concern is that in september my current mortgage deal with bank of scotland ends and i was hoping to move my mortgage to include this debt with the equity that is in the property, at present there is a £3000 charge. I asked this question during the application to be told there is no problem in moving the mortgage as this debt is seperate. Though a conversation with a mortgage advisor with our bank seems to think that we will be unable to move our mortgage while this agreement is still active. Does anyone have a concrete answer as i have not signed anything yet.

    Hi

Please do not use a fee-charging company to sort out your debts. the help line is free but the companies to which they refer you are not.

You need to talk to one of the debt charities listed here http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/debt-help-plan#help

And it would be worth posting up an SOa on here as well
