Just bought one of these for my phone and having trouble getting it to work. I've found it, connected it and activated it on my phone, but when I ring another phone I can't hear anything in the headset
Anyone any ideas (yes the volume is up :-))
Thanks guys!

Have you turned the volume up on the headset? Also what happens when you dial your own number can you answer your phone from the headset or hear anything?0

Hi Diable, I can answer it ok with the bluetooth device and it sys its connected on the phone. Just can't hear anything (& yes volume is up).0

Can you adjust the volume from the phone once you have answered the call using the headset? (you can see I am fishing for a solution now)0

yeap I can adjust it from both the phone and the headset. The person calling me can hear my voice when I speak using just the BT, but I can't hear them!0

What phone and BT headset do you have and was the headset new and can you test it on another phone? It sounds like mute but in reverse.0

& the phone is a samsung J6000 -
Hmmm not sure then, you need to try it on another phone to see if the unit is faulty or not.0
