Casino Delrio and your email address!!!!

I signed up to Casino Del Rio using the "free credit" offer. That is, I got £30 credit, and received a £30 cheque via MyPoints.
Anyway...today I started getting spam mail...to the UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS I used to sign up to Del rio. I know that I checked all the right boxes, and besides, this is raw spam, not advertising. I used the address delrio@..., so there is no doubt where the email address was harvested from.
But here's the worrying part. I can ditch the spam, but this has come from a database that potentially holds my credit card details! Anybody know how to contact Del Rio, other than via an international call to some exotic American island? And what recourse do I have with regard to my data and/or credit card details?
