You can contact ebay. They are aware of this type of fraud and scam and they will deal with the buyer so you won't get any negative feedback. I always tend to add " I will not post internationally especially Nigeria" onto my auctions this has dettered these scams.... so far.
My advice... contact ebay asap and forward on any emails as proof and they should sort it. They did for me when it happened on my first mobile phone sale.

File an NPB something about countries I don't ship to - should let you do it there and then rather than wait seven days. Then re-list and block that bidder. Just in case. Good luck. There is no point talking to the buyer, so just send a curt email and ignore.:wall:0

Dont do it!! Check the address that it is coming up as that you should send it to - you know the one that it says when you paypal confirmation that they have paid it normally has an adress at the bottom - probably is an unconfirmed one and one that is totally fake!
Forward it onto ebay/paypal and see what they say - better to do this than to get connedWeight Loss - 102lb0 -

If it is possible instead of relisting you could offer it to the second highest bidder.0

you probably won't get the option in the reasons for raising a NPB as the buyer IS in a country you will ship to, just that he wants you to post it elsewhere....
Thus, you will have to wait 7 days raise a NPB, then wait another 7 days, as scammers never bother with disputing these, THEN close the dispute and NEG him.
Well, thats what happened me in the same situation...0
