We recently called our water supplier and our rates have been reduced from £52 a month down to £20!! (due to the fact we couldnt have a water meter fitted which would have saved us money).
Do you think there is any way I can reclaim the difference for the time I have been living there (a year)??

Most companies normally backdate the assessed bill(when a meter can't be fitted) to the date of the application for a meter.0
