security problem

Hi, i wonder if anybody can help me. When i turn my computer on, i keep getting the message 'security problem, we need to close down your computer'. It is saying that these files are not working (i have tried a disk clean up).

C:\DOCUME~1\MYNAME\LOCALS~1\WERdae2.dir00\AppSvc32.exe.mdmp

and

C\DOCUME~1\MYNAME\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERdae2.dir00\appcompat.txt

Is this a windows problem or a security software problem (I run spysweeper and norton)
Thanks for any suggestions as this is a pain and i am missing out on moneysaving tips.

AppSvc32.exe is part of Norton, I'm not sure what the fix might be but found this.

they shouldnt even be running

go into 'safe mode with networking' (keep pressing F8 at bootup)

Then ~

Download MALWAREBYTES (Click 'DOWNLOAD NOW')

UPDATE and FULL scan
Post the log here after its deleted everything

Download SUPERANTISPYWARE (Top right)

reboot

Download HIJACK THIS (Top right)
http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
reboot
SCAN and post the log so we can see whats running
