Buying a Cruise Off Ebay

Looking to purchase a mini cruise for a honeymoon. Can't stay long due to childcare probs :-( so about a 4 day one will be great. I've looked at ones like this on Ebay and they seem too good to be true but even a Google search shows websites selling them at similar prices. What do you reckon? Worth buying?

It looks genuine but the main thing to think about compared to other cruises is that you will have to pay for all meals on board as well.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0

I'd be a bit sceptical - they mention that you need to offer 2 departure dates. It might be like the free flights that were offered with some products - nice idea, but the dates you wanted were always unavailable.I only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.0 -
Just looked at the pic of the brochure on the listing - is it me, or do I smell timeshare?I only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.0

The Pride of Bilbao is a ferry................and accomodation can be picked up cheaper than the eBay auction quotes....plus the auction asks for best bids over £79.
The crossing itself can be a bit rough ........... is it a bargain??? IMHO..absolutely not....And is it a "cruise" ?? ........well, you'll get a small cabin with pretty basic facilities and no food. If that constitutes a cruise then go for it.....

From what I've heard that's an understatement lol. The last person I spoke to who went on this cruise said something like Bay of Biscay, Washing machine and never again. Apperently even the captain and crew were sick0 -
Check out someones review of the "Cruise"

Personally I wouldnt buy a cruise on ebay! I would prefer to buy off Lastminute.com or an online travel agent - would feel alot more secure somehow!Weight Loss - 102lb0

My gut feeling is that on a cruise you get what you pay for. something like this is a recipe for disaster esp as a honeymoon.
The words 'cruise' and 'budget' dont often appear in the same sentence!0 -
Just read the review! D'oh! Good find geo5550

THink this excerpt ( from an unbiased reviewer ) taken from the review says it all really.......
"I'm sorry, P&O, but what you deliver is not a 'luxury minicruise'. The Pride of Bilbao is a floating holiday camp, a car ferry with knobs on."
