in Water bills
I am moving into a new house with my partner. I live on the border of cumbria and northumberland. My mother lives 2 mins down the road and she is with northumbrian water despite we having a cumbrian post code.
I have no idea how to check who I am going to be going with.
I checked water meter for both (we have to be on a water meter, it is already fitted in a rental property
), and unfortunately it works out at a fortune! there are 3 of us, 2 adults, 1 little girl, and we don't use excessive water, but the bills are £300 and £400!
What can I do?

How do you know it is going to be £300 to £400 if you don't know the company that supply you and the amount of water you will use?
The only way to reduce your bill is to use less water.
If you want to know who supplies you, ask your neighbour.0
