have i got a virus. did avg and one spyware. nothing on avg and yesterday spyware said i had a trojan which should have been quarantined and healed now. what are the next steps to restoring this?

When you view a video on youtube do you get a message saying you need adobe flash player, what browser you using and is it xp and vista

Do you use Firefox with the no script add on? If you do try allowing the page.
