Help with laptop please

Hi everyone,
I switched on my laptop tonight and everything on the screen has got bigger, my desktop icons have spread over the whole desktop and things like webpages aren't fitting when normally they would for example i have a scroll bar along the bottom of this screen when normally i would see the whole page without it
Any advice much appreciated

Try right clicking your desktop and clicking the Properties | Settings tab and increasing the resolution. If that doesn't work, reinstall the graphics card driver. If you don't know how to do this, post back with the make and model of the laptop

Thank you the resolution was right down at low - sorted now, thank you so much was driving me mad!
