Just bought a pair of "genuine" Chanel sunglasses for my wife off ebay, and was disappointed to note that the dealers stamp wasn't on the paperwork recieved with the specs.
I've no doubt they are the genuine article, but there's a 3 year guarantee with the specs which won't be valid without a dalers stamp.
Positive/neutral.?

did the auction say this was included?
If not, you can't really leave nuetral or negative.
Why don't you try emailing the seller and asking if this is available?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Email the seller first and just check they didn't miss something off. If they are a reputable seller then they will probably be very apologetic and sort it out for you. If they do all this then leave a Positive.
On the other hand, if the seller isn't interested or doesn't respond in a timely manner leave a neutral.0 -
Email the seller and see what he says!
In this sort of situation I myself would just not leave feedback - unless they have already left feedback!Weight Loss - 102lb0 -

yes. The above is right.
In future if you are in a similar situation, you could try emailing the vendor before the hammer comes down and asking if the document is included.
One could say that the seller should have said no document in his description; but it is fair to say that in many cases sellers don't know a great deal about items that they are selling. There are some items I have sold that I knew next to nothing about - usually because they did not originally belong to me.Small change can often be found under seat cushions.
