Cant understand this, bought some what were to be 'uniross' batteries from Argos last month, they had no 'uniross 2700mAh' so the Camlink ones were the alternative they gave out, 2700mAh as i wanted, though £17.99 or so.
Went home, charged them on the charger, 9 hours as it said, well overnight it was.
Put camera batteries into the camera (6MP FujiFilm A600) and no more than 10mins and about 20pictures had passed when the low battery light pops up, then dies on me. So i swapped them out for the other set, used the flash this time.
Again, 10mins all done and about 40pics taken in all.
Batteries back on charge now, see how we fair again, these might be going back i think, as dont seem to rate them.
Either i have 1 hungry camera, or one set of dud batteries.

Or a really crap battery charger! To get the best out of NiMh batteries you need a good microprocessor controlled charger e.g. here:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
Lidl had 2500mah -4 for less than three quid ,started offer last thurs. so may still have some , they used to be only £1.99 and are ok0

Came as a package, Batteries & Charger.
Would expect the charger to be up to charging the supplied batteries, otherwise not fit for the purpose it was supplied for.
Will leave on overnight, lets see what we get.0 -

Will bare that in mind if i get a refund from the package and go with the seperate charger and the batteries.
I was a little unsure about the Camlink package as a replacement, as the uniross items i had in the past were all ok.0 -
Fully charged, 1 picture with flash, 5 others.
6 pictures in total, low battery light on. Plug in lead to download pictures, camera dies.
2700mAh, more like 700mAh..
Email sent to Camlink. Lets see what rolls from this.0
