LTSB Airmiles Duo Question

Hi All,

A few years ago LTSB converted my Asset Mastercard account into an Airmiles Duo account. They told me my old accoutn would be closed. However 2 years later I now have 2 credit card accounts (Asset Mastercard + Airmiles Duo) sitting in my online banking.

I want to transfer a balance from Virgin and was thinking of phoneing lloyds to cancel one of the accounts, and see if they'd give me a BT deal.

My question is, which one should I close? The asset MC is my oldest credit card (7 years) so I've heard it's unwise to close it. Should I try to calcen the Airmiles Duo?

On my credit report it only shows I have one credit card, however they both have different limits.

Also, has anyone hasd this and ended up with 2 accounts? Is it just a glitch and it has been cancelled, but it still shows in online banking?
