How to select a brand new mobile phone

Hi folks,


Just join this forum. I'm at road cross on shopping a brand new mobile phone. They are flooding the market, difficult for me making seletion.


Feature preferred :-

3G
wifi to receive mails locally NOT over satellite
LCD display: about 320 x 240 pixels, 65000 colours
built-in video, able to take picture
moderate price
etc.

remark:
- have no fixed LCD display pixels in mind depending on price.
- mainly for taking good video and picture on traveling
- interface to computer is not a serious problem to me. I'm system admin running open source software for years.


Please shed me some light to make my selection. Which brand named manufacture? Which model?
