ccleaner whole computer?

If i clear the c..p on my computer and the cookies using ccleaner does this clean the whole computer as my laptop has 2 user accounts mine the admin and a user account my OH. So in other words do i have to run the program on both users or will just mine do it also is this the same with avg etc

I believe CCleaner you have to run on both because it clears files in document and settings then your username. Application data files, cache, cookies etc go here. But virus scanners scans the whole system like windows system 32 folder.0
