Hi, goto www.panasonic.co.uk , select "support", select "downloads" and select your camera model then download to your laptop ( 113 pages ).

On a slightly different topic.... do you like the camera? There's a Panasonic on QVC today as the TSV and I'm tempted but hadn't really considered one before as I've been scoping the Nikon and Canon.
