what could be the cause of this website problem?

in Techie Stuff
recently while checking out a website out of curiosity(honest!) i found that all i see is a blank white page with nothing on it.
so what could be causing this? is it a fault with the site? a fault with my pc? a fault with my internet connection? my security software suddenly deciding to block it? or something else?

any ideas what causes the problem? i am more worried about whether there is an issue with my pc than ever seeing that particular site again. that is why i need to know whether the problem is with the site and not my pc. so can any adult please just do a quick check to see whether that site is just showing a blank white page for them as well and let me know please?
