Hi
Currently pricing a weekend break and best price is with a company called sun4udirect.
Been told by another travel agent not to touch them as not ABTA bonded and bad rephowever have been assured they are ABTA bonded.
Anyone else ever dealt with them and could advise

Is there a way to be sure that they are Atol protected other than it just saying so on their website?.....0 -

http://www.abta.com/home their number is N121X
http://www.caa.co.uk/default.aspx?catid=27 their number is 9251
Now just do a search of their number."Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0 -
Friends of mine, from Northern Ireland took off early this morning (22 July 2009) hoping to spend a fair old week in Salou. After arriving at Barcelona, they looked everywhere for the coach that was taking them to the town, 110km away. Eventually, it came - but when it arrived in Salou, the driver dropped them of at a bus stop, with their two screaming children...who had never heard of the 'hotel', called Edifice Zahara - they eventually found out the 'hotel' was really a hostel. They had paid twelve-hundred pounds for this.0

Please be aware of them as i have just booked a holiday with them and they have taken £120 more out of my account than they said they would, i am chasing at the moment but cannot get through to customer services, in the end i spoke to accounts dept but they still haven't rang me back, the price i was quoted was live as i did it with a sales rep over the phone. Not sure where i stand on retreiving the money, they also tried to rip me off on the transfer by telling me the original price had suddenly gone up by £50, they use Resort Hoppa, so whilst i was on the phone to them i went on Resort Hoppa and lo and behold the price was acctually cheaper than they'd first quoted me, and it was easy to use to so my advise is to do it yourself !!0

Must say this company seem like a bit of a joke. Just rang them up to make enquiries about a holiday. The first person cut me off and when I rang back up the next person just seemed thoroughly bored and uninterested in my enquiry and told me I could book it on the website.
Their prices might be good but with service like this I won't be touching them.0
