Problems with Cap One Mastercard today?

Anyone else having problems with Cap One Mastercard today, just tried to use it in TEsco and it refused to recognise my PIN.
My initial thought was that as I was one of those who got a letter saying that I would get a new World Mastercard in Feb was that they'd cancelled the old card before issuing the new (as coincidentally my statement was generated yesterday)
