2 Vanquis cards on report

Hey ppl!
im in a spot of bother here... apparently ive got 2 vanquis accounts on my credit file..one is being shown as settled and the other one is active..
They made a new account themselves when i lost my vanquis card and ordered a replacement. so can someone please tell me whether this has a positive or negative effect on my score.if so what should i do???
