9months of evening slow speed and disconnects

Just found out that TAlktalk at my local exchange are planning to install extra capacity at the exchange but wont be doing so for another 9 months
that means for the past 2 months and the next 9 months after 5.30 each night i will have constant discconections and speeds so slow on browsing the internet a tortoise could run faster :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Why don't you just raise a fault with them? Slow speed or unstable connection should get them to investigate with BT Openreach0

I raised a fault with o2 with crappy speeds for 2 monthz they agreed to terminate with no fee, maybe worth speaking to themBetter to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.0
