Barclaycard One-Pulse

I had the Barclaycard One-Pulse for the £25 credit when it was first released, and have attempted to cancel twice and got offered a good deal to stay.
I call up today and explained the card didn't offer me any value (where AMEX and SKY did) and was half expecting some sort of offer to keep me as a customer... but I didn't even get transfered to the people who bend over backwards to keep you!
I'm not disappointed because unless it was a cash-back deal I wouldn't of stay anyway... I must of cost Barclaycard a fair amount. I got £25 when I joined, £65 worth of cash-back and 6 months 0% BT with no BT fee.
Will be picking up a ZERO card for my holiday soon... hopefully I will get approved.

I think you answered your own problem, they are not getting value for thier money.
It will always end somewhere for customer retentions.These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!
I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!0
