Freemans TV order fiasco - Any advice?

I ordered a LCD TV from Freemans on 24th Jan using a 25% discount offer code found via a money saving website. They accepted the code, quoted me a price and took my CC details for payment.

I was told delivery would be end of last week. I called them early last week to be told that the stock was just coming and in and delivery would follow.

Nothing arrived so on Saturday I called again and was told that they had cancelled my order. No reason given and advised to call a different number this morning for further advice.

I have called again this morning and been told that the offer code was invalid and they are not accepting the order. I am now waiting for a call back from yet another department.....

Can anyone advise me of my rights here. Surely, they have accepted the order and should honour it?

I would ring the Office of Fair Trading,they are very helpful and will advise you.

I am having a problem aswell. ordered the 26" samsung last night and phoned today and they said it was declined due to credit or something and a letter is in the post?!?! Whats going on:|!

I have been told by them to ring up and pay by card and quote a code they gave and it should be in stock by the 19th of feb, i have been reading the other thread:

What should i do? as i dont want to find out i have to paid the full amount although i should be able to get 20% discount as it is my first order.
