Having a quick look at the list of files a few things come up.

1. It looks like you are running AVG and Avast at the same time. They probably won't play nice with each other and will really slow things down.

2. You have both GoogleToolbar and YahooToolbar, do you use either of them? You probably don't use them both. I normally remove either of these from any PC I'm trying to speed up because I've not found much use for them and they are monitoring what you are doing in the background all the time and taking up resources.

3. WindowsLiveToolbar. I think this is similar to the Google and Yahoo Toolbars. Do you need this one either? Probably not.

4. FileHippo. I've never used this actual site but I normally stay away from these types of programs/sites. Most software now days can phone home itself to check for updates or WindowsUpdate will do it for you. Normally you only need to patch software if an issue has came up with it, and these are normally easy from wither within the software or by visiting their website.

5. Netmeter. I run this myself, good at keeping an eye on your net connection. When you boot up can you see if the delay you are getting is caused by a program accessing the internet and downloading something?
