I just bid on this..
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5861663458
I know everyone's got to start somewhere and I was happy when someone bought my first item that i listed but since it's a high priced item, gut feelings anyone?

Congratulations. So long as you get paid you're all right.
Some people on this site will warn you about not going for something because this might happen that might happen. Don't be scared of making mistakes. Only liars never make mistakes.Small change can often be found under seat cushions.

Personally I wouldn't bid as the seller has made an obvious mistake in his listing. He is sending the ipod recorded which only covers him upto £30 of loss, to protect himself he should be using special delivery.
Whilst the insurance is to protect the seller in this instance I woudn't rely on a paypal chargeback to protect me if RM lose the parcel as he isn't selling anything else and is unlikely to keep funds in his paypal account.
I know I am over cautious, it is just the way I am.

I quite garee Angelcake, he definitely gives off all the signs of a newbie rather than a scammer. I'm just too cautious for my own good sometimes.

I agree with Soolin and Angelcake probably a newbie. Looks like he used the web cam he bought recently to take the picture which is awful. Did you win it? Seems like a lot to pay to a seller without much history.0

Auction has ended and went for more than what I was willing to pay for.
At the end of the day, someone with 2 feedback trying to sell an expensive item would probably be more trouble than it's worth.0
