A week and have heard nothing from buyer

I sold something last week and have heard nothing from thei '0' rated buyer. Have sent email on day, and a reminder since.

when do you start the NPB process? And is it easy? This is a first for me.

If it is over 7 days then stat the NPB process now.

Lack of communication has to be the worst thing! I had the opposite to you. Just before Christmas I bought something and the seller only took a cheque. I messaged as soon as I won the auction - nothing. Then I messaged when I was sending the cheque - nothing.

After a couple of weeks I still heard nothing so wrote and asked had she received the cheque. Yes she said but was waiting for it to clear. A couple more weeks passed then she messaged sorry for delay, the item was on its way. When it turned up it had not even been cleaned. I was in such a quandry and angry over the non-communciation but just put received in the feedback box.

Guess what she has still not left me any feedback. Very poor business sense!!!

As already said I would start the NPB process and hopefully the buyer will pull their finger out and pay you the money
